Communication Policy

1.    Enquiries should be communicated to the institutes Whatsapp 079 872 0033 or emailed info@sainstitute.co.za. Responses should take 7 working days.  

2.    There’s No Walk-In Discussions and No Verbal Arrangements.  

3.    Everything communicated should be traceable and evident. 

4.    Applications, Withdrawals and Appeals must be communicated by sending a detailed email to info@sainstitute.co.za.  
4.1.    Communication on matters less than 6 months old, should take 21 Working Days to respond to (during Level 2 & 1). Depending on the evidences supplied. 
4.2.    Communication on matters more than 6 months old would take much longer to respond to, depending on evidence and truthfulness supplied.
